OUR SERVICES

Emergency Accommodation​​

Short term accommodation provided in the homes of trained and DBS checked volunteer hosts for homeless young people aged 16 to 25.

Homelessness Prevention Support for 16-25 year olds

Access to support, learning, advice, and guidance for a range of needs linked to homelessness and homelessness prevention.

Supported Lodgings

Longer term accommodation for 16 to 25 year olds provided within the home of a host via a licence agreement.

Floating Support 16-35

One to one support with a named support worker to maintain a tenancy, develop independent living skills, improve health and wellbeing and access other essential services.

Mediation

Direct support to bring together young people, families/carers to rebuild relationships.

Learning

One to one and group learning sessions in a range of areas to support health, wellbeing and independent living skills.
